Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
United States Shipping
US orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders typically take 10–20 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping prices.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
- Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page or email us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to ship the damaged item back.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. Subject to availability.
