Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location — Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, US orders within 7–12, and international orders within 10–20. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Canada. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
Products & Materials
What materials do you use?
It depends on the product. Our SimTee sets are made from premium impact-resistant TPU — an industrial-grade flexible material that absorbs impact and snaps back to shape. Other products use PLA+, a durable and eco-friendly bioplastic. Each product listing specifies the material used.
Are 3D printed products durable?
Very. Our products are designed for repeated use and printed with professional-grade equipment and materials. The SimTee, for example, is engineered to survive thousands of swings. We stand behind everything we sell with a 30-day return policy.
Will 3D printed items interfere with my launch monitor?
No. Products like the SimTee feature a Voronoi mesh design specifically engineered for zero interference with popular launch monitors including Skytrak, Garmin, Mevo+, and Trackman.
Do your tees work with all simulator mats?
Yes. The SimTee sits flush on all standard turf surfaces, hitting strips, and indoor mats.
What colors are available?
Most products come in 15+ color options. Available colors are shown on each product page. If you need a specific color you don't see, reach out — we can likely make it.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition. See our full Return Policy page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Custom Orders
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We offer custom sizing, colors, and bulk orders for academies, sim centers, and tournaments. Message us through our Contact page with your requirements and we'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
Can I request a product you don't currently sell?
Absolutely. We love hearing product ideas from golfers. If it's something we can design and print, we'll work with you to make it happen.
